We've sold a lot of laces and charms over the years and had our share of the media spotlight, but the best part has been the letters from parents and spouses of people with disabilities or injuries who have written to tell us about how Zackaroos helped to make someone more independent and their life a little easier. We have recently scaled back our website to offer laces only, and decided to focus our efforts in other areas of improving people's lives:

Zackaroos replace laces to make any shoe with eyelets a slip-on. They look just like laces, but can be easily customized with beads, charms, and other accessories. They're easy to use, easy to change, and adjustable to fit any size shoe.

Zackaroos give kids greater independence and save precious time for parents, teachers, and care givers. Zackaroos are great for kids with developmental disabilities who aren't able to tie, but don't want to be limited to Velcro styles.
